No. We do not require a deposit for standard reservations. Simply reserve your inflatable and we'll confirm your booking.  Once we arrive you can complete the payment via Cash, Check, Venmo, Zelle or Card (card transactions do incur a 3% card processing fee).

Our prices are all inclusive for everything you need to operate the equipment the way it was designed as well as set up and take down.  We do not have hidden fees!

We rent our inflatables out for as long as you need them between the hours of 10:00am and 8:00pm.  Typically our clients rent them out for about an hour before their party start time and an hour after their party ends.

Once you complete your booking on the website, Facebook Messaging, Text or Calling.  We will then send you a confirmation email as well as a waiver to complete which fully completes the booking process.  Then the evening before your event we will reach out with a 1-2 hour window that you should expect to see us for deliver on the day of your event.

Fun Master Rentals does not charge a cancellation fee no matter what the reason is.  This gives you the peace of mind you need to book with us.  As for rain, we will work together to ensure the best decision keeping safety at the top of our priority list.  We cannot set up while it is actively raining but we will look to shift your delivery time once the weather subsides.

Most of our deliveries are between 8:00am-12:00pm the morning of your event, unless your event starts before that timeframe.  We will reach out the night before your event with a specific 1-2 hour window letting you know when we will arrive.  We will always be set up and gone before your scheduled event start time.

Anytime you have kids running, water flowing and grassy areas, you are guaranteed that mud will arrive soon.  We provide tarps at the entry and exit points of the equipment but that does not stop the mud from happening, it just stops the mud from getting on the kids and the equipment.  Make sure to only turn the water on when using the equipment.  Parties lasting longer than 3 hours or that have a large amount of people using the equipment will have mud and sometimes it can get really messy.

Please ensure that your setup area is clear of any sharp objects, toys, structures and most importantly....animal feces.  Yard and delivery path next to home is clear so that we can pass through without issue.  Lastly but most importantly, please confirm that the equipment you ordered is going to fit in the area that you have planned out.
